My job is essentially to advise when needed, stay close by in case something unexpected happens, and stay out of the way the rest of the time. I’m proud of the professional network I’ve grown and of the things I’ve accomplished.
I’ve said for years that my focus for the last 1/3 of my career was to leave a legacy. I see it in the talented people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and in the long term relationships that I’ve developed with many of them.

I’ve said for years that my focus for the last 1/3 of my career was to leave a legacy. I see it in the talented people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and in the long term relationships that I’ve developed with many of them.

I am fascinated by him; how his brain works, how he's so damn smart at age 8 that the other day in the car he told me the "clouds were mesmerizing." I've met some amazing people on our journey to figure out how Oscar's brain is wired, and there will only be more. In August we began genetic testing with one of the best clinical geneticists in the world. In October he'll be evaluated by the most amazing neuropsychologist. We'll get a full view of his strengths and struggles, and an intervention plan to help him soar in areas where he's so bright, and ease the struggles with things that get in his way.
No matter what happens I promise to be honest, and funny, and real. I don't know how to do it any other way. I hope you'll join me for the celebrations and struggles. You never know what you might learn along the way.
